Everfine helps to find you a buyer, or seller, negotiate the price, terms and conditions of sale and purchase for you. With full knowledge of Club rules and documentation requirements, Everfine will give advice on how to complete legal document, collect payments, make disbursements, submit the applications to the Club, then follow through to completion of the transfer of membership.
For membership rental, normally one year leasing agreement will be signed to change the nominee of the corresponding corporate membership. One month commission will be charged for an one year contract and one and half month commission for a two year to be paid by the tenant.
