Golf Technique
Club
Wood and iron club heads differ greatly in structure. Iron blades are thin with distinct grooves for good accuracy whereas wood heads are thick making less likely to hit hard at ground. No. 1 Wood normally strikes the longest
distance.
Some basic ideas about golf club: the longer the shaft, the greater angle of rotary movement, the higher swing
speed, the longer hit distance. The bigger the club head,
the more forgiveness. For pro, they prefer to use steel with smaller head for better control of straight balls.
There are 5 shaft flex rating :
I-flex (for ladies or children)
A-flex (for seniors or novice)
R-flex (for average swing speeds)
S-flex (for advanced players)
X-flex (for pro)
Loft: The angle the club hits the golf ball at impact. There is no standard distance for any particular club, but different loft faces produce different trajectory arriving at different distance hit. Players skills and fitness level also come into the equation.

- Team up with your friends for regular practices;
- Forget all the theories and enjoy the pure pleasure of hitting the ball on the field; and
- If you can afford, go overseas to meet new challenges in exotic courses
